I can kinda see the appeal, but based on all the problems I've seen over the years with reliability and service, I'd personally recommend resisting the urge. :|

Well, every time I think it would be nice to have a Panerai, the feeling passes for me within a couple of hours. They are cool, but I just cant imagine actually living with one and giving it much wrist time.
