Awful episode. Tara trying to be funny and hip? Totally incongruent with how they've portrayed her so far.

All those stupid, cheap thrills? And that godawful Keith scare? GTFO writers.

Goddammit.

I mostly stopped watching, think I saw most of one episode. Who the hell are Tara and Keith? Sounds like an ice dancing team.

Tara and *Heath

Last night's episode really didn't do anything to move the story forward or contribute to the overall arc in a meaningful way. Pretty frustrating how little has happened this far into the season.

Each new satellite location has received its own episode; I was thinking (hoping) this new isle of lesbos would become critical at some juncture, and they're just laying the groundwork so it won't seem totally out of place, or sprung on us like some cheap deus ex machina. Also (unless it's the new agrarian utopia), it hasn't been featured in the comics, so it could bring some welcome novelty.

Yeah, she was pretty quippy from the get go (a tendency that diminished, understandably, during times like when her sister died or the gubner was poking stakes through ppl'z heads).

I stand corrected. I don't recall her ever being that way, and most definitely not in the last 1-2 seasons. I only remember her being serious and somber ever since they got to Alexandria. So for someone like that to find themselves in the situation they did in the last episode to dial up the quippy notch to a 10 just came off as weird and incongruent with her most recent behavior as I was watching the episode.

Cringed at least once or twice.

The season 7 is getting boring and boring episode after episode. The last one (6th) is quite useless an inconsistent with the first 2.

The episode may have been your standard TWD filler but holy moses Tara is thick in all the right places. Those melons bouncing up and down while she ran from her captors was :slayer:

Sadly she suffers from "white girl no ass" syndrome.

Carl: I'm so mad I'm gonna be ballsy as hell and risk my life sneaking into the Saviors' compound so I can pop a cap in Negan's ass!!!!

Arrives at Negan's compound and demands to see Negan.

Negan reveals himself.

Carl: oh hey, nvm, not gonna shoot. Nor am I going to take any of the other hundreds of opportunities you've presented to kill you.

The one bullet thing is insanely stupid, even more do when it's put into context of a handgun. I thought initially she meant to be a sharp shooter, but no. ..

I'm sure a Howard Hughes -like recluse would be more realistic, but probably wouldn't make for good television.

I thought the whole "I'm Negan" thing was a nice addition, at least.

It's okay. Rosita can use my 3.5mm whenever she wants.
