Only alteration was sleeves shortened one inch. Unaltered otherwise and only worn once. In perfect like-new condition and stunning cloth! Unfortunately, I'm looking more like a 44R these days thanks to the Dad bod lol. Priced to sell at $150.

I'm crushed to have to sell, but the 44R just fits way better in shoulders, sleeve width, chest, waist, length etc.
