Gaugeing interest in a couple Spier items, both near-mint (worn <10 times each, stored in a closet on suit hangers):

Cream Double-Breasted Sportcoat, 100% linen hopsack, size 36S -- currently $230 retail, looking for $180

Camel-Colored Double-Breasted Polo Overcoat, 100% wool flannel, size 36S (this model but looks pretty much like this) -- no longer for sale but retail $500, looking for $400 (image is a close approximation)

Decided to put these up on ebay, opening bids are lower than listed in the post. The overcoat in particular is really something special; I'd be keeping it indefinitely if my weight hadn't fluctuated the wrong direction and stuck. Also, they really are in basically perfect condition: they're barely worn, they've been stored and maintained properly, and they come from a smoke-free home with no cats.
