Jamieson's shetland sweater in M. Love this sweater, but the M fits a bit snug for me nowadays.

PF chore coat in M. Worn only a handful of times. Don't reach for it often enough to justify keeping it in the closet.

Mine measures just shy of 23.5 but I have yet to wash it and got it last summer so it may have stretched a bit. I think a VII would be fine on you as we are usually around the same size in tops. The henleys are cut a bit slimmer so I sized up to a VII
