How’s the fit? Pretty TTS? I’m a L/XL, mostly wear 44 jackets because I have broad shoulders, but do 42 for the right cut.

No they run small relative to the number. It's more literal than typical US number jacket sizing. As in this is a 42 and is about 21" across the chest and my 44 is about 22" across.
