I’m looking for casual pants that are on the more dressier side. Specifically, pants that have a dress pant feel but have designs such as plaid, checks, etc. Was wondering if the only ones uniqlo offered are the EZY pants (their cropped style pants). I’m also curious about their fit and if they are worth the $30.

In my opinion the EZY pants are on the casual side but more urban than dressy. I find the EZY styles unsatisfactory. And the reason is I find the materials too thin. I also HATE the sizing. S, M, L etc I cannot fit a small...and I cannot fit a medium because it's too big. lol What a dilemma.

What about the fit in terms of leg opening? They look relaxed rather than skinny?

Well there is relaxed and there is slim. I don't think Uniqlo makes skinny EZY anymore.

I think those checkerboard are slim.

I'm returning the extra fine merino wool turtleneck sweater. It's see through and I cannot control the neck band...it's sloppy. I must have a small neck because it folds a lot. Hate that ****. It's no wonder I don't **** with turtlenecks that very much.

Try Banana Republic’s Merino sweaters. The kneck is tight.

They won’t be skinny. The EZY fit means easy, which is more on the relaxed side. I have a pair and like them.

I think I'm wrong about the EZY--it does mean easy but refers to the stretch. Either way, the relaxed EZY ankle pants are a relaxed straight fit in my experience.

I'm indecisive between getting the seamless down parka or coat. Not sure what I should base my decision on...

Uniqlo's casual shirts have always been a staple for me. Comfortable fit, all cotton, untreated, no glue fusing, great deal when on sale. But I just noticed the website description of their newest batch:

Made with fine cotton to reduce wrinkles after washing. Made with a breathable comfortable fabric.

  • Updated by using a material that doesn't wrinkle after washing.
  • 100% fine cotton made from ultra-long cotton fibers.

Does this mean the new shirts are non-iron, or treated to have some sort of wrinkle resistance? Oh well, it was fun while it lasted. I have enough shirts anyway.
