Green wool sweater behind the white jacket looks promising

edit: hopefully its wool
That does look good. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if that is cotton or a blend since it’s such an open weave.

Any news on another Engineered Garments collab?

I really liked the EG polos but they didn't seem to be a hit here in the states. What would everyone like to see in a new EG collaboration? I think some fatigue pants would be cool and a reasonable addition to Uniqlo.

Uniqlo definitely took the Uniqlo x EG rugby polo and tweaked it for their oversized jersey polo. I think some cool loose pants and/or shorts would be great. Loved EG’s hawaiian florals from their spring season and I bet those could be interpreted with the Uniqlo collab.

That one's for mens. :) If it was for women, it would still be a nice piece (of course as long the cut fits us haha). I read from the preview notes on some blogs that this season's theme is more on having "seasonless" items, thinner outerwear so people can layer and adjust to the changing climate. There's be many corduroy pieces and I think flannel stand collars and plaid shirts.

I need some new socks and looking to buy some from Uniqlo.
Anyone who could tell which ones from them are the thickest? I really hate it when my socks are thin

Any idea what the release date is for UU fall 20?
No details yet but most likely late September/early October.
Hana Tajima releases on August 7, then I'm guessing the next release is for Ines de la Fressange, then Uniqlo U, then JWA (based on their previous launch orders).
