anyone bought/handled these:
715258

http://www.uniqlo.com/us/store/life...-WOMEN-PANTS-5&utm_campaign=NEW-SPRING-LINEUP

it says women pants in the link for some reason but it's listed under mens and measurements seem to indicate it's mens
am a bit interested in ordering them next time i buy stuff from uniqlo, but am suspicious that the quality will be ultra-****. uniqlo has been gradually going downhill. not much i can rely on buying from them anymore except socks and underwear

as jet or whoever said earlier, what can you expect from a fast fashion retailer? do you really expect them to last as long as an EG piece? ok yes they have hits like the +j but you expect some crappy stuff with these prices. gosh ******* styleforumers.

are the collars on the slim oxfords as wimpy as they look in photos?

New collars are decidedly wimpier than my older Uniqlo shirts from last FW, but I actually like it because they fit better under sweaters.

I don't own one, but I've handled them and they seem pretty nice. Great for the price. They fit kind of large though so unless you don't mind rolling it/Uniqlo offers XXS without me knowing you might be out of luck.

Missed this, thanks for the info! Will have to pass/hope they do a women's version that's not darted at the chest then. Or proxy from JP maybe?

Actually, in general, have people noticed Uniqlo's sizing slowly creeping towards American standards?

anyone got any of the floral-esque print pattern shirts? Wondering how they fit compared to oxfords.

^ was PM'd about the colors and figured a picture was the best way to describe them.

left to right. khaki, olive, navy. farthest right is Gitman Vintage overdye'd olive/green/moss (forgot exact name).

Has anyone tried out the cotton/linen blend jeans? The idea sounds kind of nice for the summer, but I'm not sure how they look/feel/drape in person.

No more oxford questions.

As far as the quality argument, it may be true in some regards but I don't know or can say that they've ever done everything well. Has it declined? Some say yes but I continue to have luck with some things. Maybe the ratio has gone down I really don't know as I was exclusively copping tees and socks back then. You really have to know the product to know whether it's something worth purchasing or not. There are a few things they do very well and are untouchable in a 4x price margin. I've had some experience with the knitwear for example and I can say the efm are their best. Same with some tees, socks and oxfords. I was actually surprised by the chino quality as well though the lower leg is too tapered relative to the top block for my taste. Not everything you buy (hardly) is going to be surprisingly good but when they do it right they are impossible to beat, again, in that range.

Even their MIJ denim? And anyone know if they plan on bringing back the Tasmanian jacket/pants? I have both the pants in navy and charcoal but not the jacket :(
