some of you are crazy. when i worked as an SA there was nothing i dreaded more than overreacting SF posters. 1. your $30 order is very, very low on their priority list, especially when they just got hit with 75 orders 2. i have never had a bad experience with them 3. most of your problem would be solved by communicating/contacting them - if you're concerned about the status of your item, email them and ask after it, don't silently fume and then freak out online but you're right, they're not perfect. and it's fine to point out mistakes, but i take issue with the sense of entitlement that a lot of posters have when talking about stores/retail services. and it's always the posters who are buying cheap things at 75% off.
