I assume you only wear them with the sleeves folded?

Because I'm 5'10 and I wear a small in the oxfords and even then the length is juuuuust right. And considering I"m asian, I have shorter arms in general usually compared to caucasions. So that coupled with going another size down the sleeves must be short as fuck.

Fit wasnt too bad for me OTR. Mine definitely did not crumble and pill after machine wash.

I think it might just well be a case of being unlucky and use of wrong settings for the washing machine?

Correct, or under sweaters. However, will get the arms extended when i get back to the states. Pretty cheap, $8 or so

i like these, sized down 2 and the fit is really good. i have to say there is little evidence of fading yet and the colour seems very dense, much more so than APCs, but i havent really worn them enough to say for sure.

yes, exactly. like the back of a BoO shirt, it's just stitched down. ill try to get some pics of mine.

I might just iron the back flat and dart it instead. That pleat is too fucking hard to iron in a straight line to sew

Also, I don't know how the hell you guys that said you're 42 fit into the mediums. Mine is borderline too small and I'm a 40.

What's the sizing like on the new slim, EFC shirts? The sleeves look really short and the back of the shoulders looks weird on that guys.
I have a casual, checked, EFC, Broadcloth from last year in a medium and it fit me loosely but I don't think loosely enough to size down.

It took me like 12 minutes and two different languages to explain to the tailor how I wanted the box pleat stitched down. For $9.00, I gave them a brooks brothers shirt I thrifted to see if it returns OK, then they can get my beloved Uniqlo Oxfords.

For me, hem a pants is $4 and plus $1 if I want a cuff. Last time I altered 2 waist, hemmed 1, slimmered 2 shirts and modified a collar, he just asked $15. Oh yeah also a can beer[IMG]
