Got a bunch of the oxfords yesterday. Unbelievable bargain at $15. Fabric is basically as good as some Acorn oxford cloth I bought a while back.
Two issues with the cut - collars are too small, and they're about 2 inches too long to be worn untucked. I dropped one off at the cleaner to chop 2" off the hem. Hopefully it won't throw off the look.
Does anyone know if the sleeves shrink in the wash? They're good right now, but I wouldn't want to lose any length. If they shrink I'll just convert them into short sleeve.
Cab look good with a minimalist/runway aesthetic, or look at how snowman works it
so idk anything about Uniqlo, whats the deal with them? good fabric? better than reg mall bs?
If interested, I can help out and serve as a proxy for the NYC stores going forward. Can provide forum references and ebay refs as well.
Slightly mate. To me the best aspect is that clothing fits great off the rack. Jeans, oxfords, some tee's, socks all stand out to me.
Excellent for basics, above all else
uh their socks price increased from $4.90 to $9.90 on their website? Sale ended or anyone know why ?
thanks, i just always have trouble finding a good brand for shirts, casual long sleeves...
i'll look at it and see if there is anything i want/need currently
Oxfords fit perfectly. I'm tempted to hit up Suddenlee to try out the shirts on sale this week and next, not sure how the quality or fit compares though. It's unfortunate they no longer carry the +J stuff, that line seems to have the only shirt models without chest pockets (which I like best).
packing up my closet to move and realizing like 80% of my clothes are uniqlo
It's all you need as fillers
Baller outerwear and footwear is all
In Japan its 3 socks for 999 yen, and an SA told me I couldn't buy 1, had to buy 3, so not if sure if its the same policy.
