1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

    There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    I know. Firefox REALLY does not like this page. Chrome handles it, but just barely. Not sure whether it's my posts or someone else's. If mine, my most humble apologies.....

    Revamping my wardrobe for my new job -- business professional dress code. Purchasing staple suits in 42R/L and some neat ties.
    - Prefer flat fronts or single pleats; however, open to double pleats depending on the suit
    - Single breast jacket, center or side vent.
    - Two button or 3 roll 2

    Jacket
    Shoulder: 19"
    Chest: 22" --> might be able to do 21" or 21.5"
    Waist: 38-41" --> obviously can be tailored if slightly bigger
    Length (BOC): 30.5-32"
    Sleeve length: 26"

    Pants
    Waist: 33"
    Inseam: 31.5"

    I've seen a bunch of staples your size in NY recently. I should get a chance to hit some spots tomorrow, I'll let you know what I can do.

    Also, tentatively available if no one else that has helped me or just been a generally good contributor (since I haven't been around as much in the official thread) doesn't want it. Needs some slight restriching by the right(?) pit, thankfully it came out clean at the seam so it should probably be free from a tailor or max $10 from a cleaners (normally I wouldn't suggest it with such a nice piece but most people know how to restitch stitching when it's not a rip.)

    Oh yeah forgot:
    Looking for 9-9.5 D balmorals depending on the last/cut, probably good on bluchers but let me know if you've got em anyway. A staple charcoal or navy suit in 36-38R (about a 37.5 lol in jackets but the standard 32W with 38s are too big), and charcoal, grey, or navy pants 29-30Wx30/31 L. Not really looking to flip it for much but if someone really wants it I'll let it go cheap (think slightly more than the price I had paid+shipping) if no one is grabbing the proxy.

    I'll get them for you later vex, I accidentally left them at home this morning running out for work. Regardless though, I'd like to do it again just because I initially took them really hastily and want to make sure whoever gets this can use it since I'm basically giving it away. The cost was only $8 (ironic considering they had BB stuff marked up to like $40) so with shipping it'll likely come out to about $17 to anyone I proxy it for, and maybe about $30 to anyone I sell it to (which are very few people, most people even if you don't have a lot of posts have been pretty helpful in the main thread so I'm willing to proxy it to a majority of the "regulars").

    Alright, last post for a while. I need to sell everything imaginable by pretty much midnight tonight(noon sunday is acceptable haha). Everything must go! Wanna buy it for yourself? Good. Wanna buy something and flip it on ebay? I really don't mind.

    Canali blue mini-windowpane SC. Dual-vented, fully-canvassed and lined. Tagged EU56R but measurements are below. Thing is bad-ass but has 1 small hole in the upper right shoulder(can be seen in pictures). It's very small so it should be a very, very easy fix. Willing to let this go super cheap. $28 shipped CONUS or best offer.

    Measurements: P2P: 23". S2S: 20". Sleeves: 24". Length from BOC: 31.5".

    [IMG][IMG]

    Woolrich buffalo plaid fleece-lined hunting jacket. Tagged size small. Way too small for me so it has to go. $25 shipped CONUS or best offer.

    [IMG][IMG]

    Isaia super 120's pincord SC. Dual-vented, fully-canvassed and lined. Tagged EU54L, measurements below. $35 shipped or best offer.

    S2S: 19". P2P: 22". Sleeves: 24.5" with 1" to let out. Length: 32"

    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Brioni shirt. Tagged XL and MOP buttons. Drab olive. $18 shipped CONUS or best offer.

    [IMG][IMG]

    Paul Stuart tweed shirt/jacket thingy. Size L. 100% wool with real leather trim. Hidden button placket. $19 shipped CONUS or best offer.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Neiman Marcus spread-collar shirt. Tagged 16-36 and fits fairly slim. Awesome colors. $14 shipped CONUS or best offer.

    [IMG]

    3 pairs of Zanellas with no flaws. 36x30, 38x30, 40x30. All double-pleated and cuffed. Bennett, Austin, Bennett. $12 shipped CONUS each or best offer. $30 shipped CONUS for ALL 3.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Zegna 18/46L. Fits like 18x35-36. Nice MOP buttons. $14 shipped CONUS or best offer.

    [IMG]

    Gitman Bros broadcloth shirt. 16.5 x 33. $12 shipped CONUS or best offer.

    [IMG]

    Hickey Freeman vintage glen-spray wool topcoat. Awesome satin-ish lining. It's probably around a 44-46R in size. I'll get measurements if anyone is interested. $15+actual shipping or best offer.

    [IMG][IMG][IMG]

    Cleaning out my stuff today so I'll add things as I go along. If interested in anything just PM me and we can work something out if you dont' like my pricing.

    Cross post from the official thread in response to those of you who expressed interest here:

    Apologies everyone for taking so long with this. I ended up loosing my company BB in the car I had an accident in so that took a bit of time figuring out and recovering, then I got roped into some extra work right before leaving Friday (can't complain though, the experience is killer and my associate mentor is the man). In any case, I got some better pics and the measurements of that Corneliani Linea Sartoria jacket:

    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]
    [IMG]

    Measurements:
    Length = 30.5
    Shoulders = 19.75"
    P2P = 21.5"
    Shoulders to Cuff = ~24" (maybe 23 7/8")

    Again, just looking to proxy to a good member in hopes for a future favor or for some trades either in balmorals 9-9.5D, a staple suit from a decent maker, or other interesting MC or SW&D things.

    So..... the J Crew peacoat I thought was a woman's is definitely not because it fits me as a medium, but is the Tall version. I would, ideally, need the short-guy version. So does anyone who's tall and will wear J Crew want to trade for a similar me-sized coat?

    ***GONE!**Anyone want these 9.5M Cable & Co. bluchers? I will be donating them to GW if no one wants them. I am the original owner of these. Have served me well over the years. I have topyed them 2 maybe 3 times. The topy may be coming unglued at the side. Also, the insole is starting to wear in the forefoot part. May need to replace the insole. Leather upper and soles. Made in Italy. Have kept them in shoe trees since I got them. Tagged 9.5M, but if you are a 9D TTS, they should work for you. Pretty sure Cable & Co. no longer makes shoes.
