    True.
And by the way, when I was little my parents took our elderly dog to live on a farm where it could play in the field and chill out in the pond. I always hated that we never got to go visit, but it must have been a really nice life for him.

    What?!

    Shut up, it's true!

    Hey everyone

As you remember, I befriended an old man who is in need of a "nice" suit for his daughter's wedding. He asked for my help and I decided to get him a suit for free along with a shirt tie from my own inventory.

Because his daughter's wedding is in May and I NEED this by late March, I'm hoping we can trade something soon.

A gray or any staple color would be ideal. Black could be an option. Solid or a pattern is ideal versus a striped/

With that said, I need your help because he needs a 44/46 SHORT. Here are his measurements:

    47-48 chest
    24 sleeve
    27-28 BOC
    19.5 shoulder

    Pants
35 waist and he's about 5'4" so I've no idea what the length would be.

Please help and show me what you got. I've great things to trade

    Thanks

I'd love to help you but everything I have is >30 BOC. I'll be on the lookout though.

Checked and don't have a 44S, but you may want to recheck your measurements. If his chest is a 47-8, than he should be wearing a 49/50 right? At the very least he should be wearing a 48S.

I think the OP is right and its the other way around - I always subtract 2" from the chest measurement to get the size. i.e. a 44" chest will be a size 42, a 46" chest a size 44, etc. In this case the 47-48" chest should equate to about a 45-46.

Quoting myself, because of course you are right. Subtract 2 from your chest not the suit...

    Thanks, amadar!

Thanks for the help guys and please help me find something. I'll trade you something better than what the suit actually is worth. I really want to help him out and now I'm panicking b/c of the time constraints. He's a typical blue collar guy who always says hello and friendly toward me.

I've got a HSM Golden Trumpeteer in a 46 LONG, but that's the best I can come up with right now.

I bought a pair of those Kapital jeans from Spoo a few weeks ago and they're just not going to work for me. I sized correctly in the waist, but the straight fit just won't cut it with how short I am. They're a size 32 and the measurements are pretty accurate from here. Available for the Spoo price or a super fantastic trade. I really don't want to have to eBay these.

Not to defend myself or anything but I didn't have my laptop with me while I was gone and it makes it really hard to keep up with threads using my phone. I wasn't "ignoring" anyone, I responded to reuben when I had a chance(saturday) and we discussed it. Yes, I got behind on shipping and I make no excuses for that, so I won't even try. However, nobody's shit is not getting sent. In fact, most are going out tomorrow. I do apologize for the delay and the lack of communication on my end from some but I'm just really wound up lately(thank god for my weekend vacation).
