Team No Speedhooks! Aesthetically it's worth the extra lacing time in my opinion. And it keeps the inside of my pant cuffs (and shoe laces) from fraying to oblivion.

Have you tried emailing from another address, with a different ISP? One of my accounts landed in their spam filter (or so they said), whereas another did not.

I just placed an order this week. I used the sales at vass-shoes dot com address. The current Sales Manager is Ms. Reka Tarpataki. She's been great to deal with. I hope you're able to get a response!
