Can anyone advise what the differences are between the 3636 and p2 last? Specifically in terms of width and instep. I've done a search through forums and all the posts I've found say they are similar but don't really say how they are different. I fit 3636 well but would like to explore a sleeker last (from what I've read the P2 is sleeker - can anyone confirm?) and would like to know if I should take same size in P2. Thanks in advance!

I just ordered my first pair of Vass shoes. Excited for them to arrive hoping they fit perfectly when they arrive.

I ordered the Alt English U Last in the Walnut Museum Calf. This will also be my first pair of Walnut Museum Calf shoes.

What Saphir Polish color and Saphir Wax color recommendations do you all have for Walnut Museum Calf?

10% off on their website!

10% the most conservative styles (e.g. Alt English in black calf), but 20-35% off most styles and even more off on the one-off samples!

Does anyone know if they do bigger sales around Christmas or the new year?

Wish I could take advantage — been waiting over 3 weeks just to verify the right size to purchase with no answer.

hah funny you say that, this is my exact conundrum. I sent them a size form with my exact dimensions 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. I certainly don’t want to drop that coin and get the wrong size or last

Lots of Instagram updates,

Yep. And if I risk it and and it doesn’t fit, waiting to get communication back for a return or exchange doesn’t sound promising. They are quick to update their Instagram daily with pictures, however. So someone is working :)

I believe they are being flooded with so many emails they have to take priority. I sent them a billing question and got a respone within a few hours. I was very impressed at the speed. I sent another non priority question and have not heard back yet. This seems typical for a lot of the shoe brands in this space.

I took the risk the deals were too good not to. Fingers crossed that they fit. If not I am SOL.

Does anyone have a business contact at Vass or email? Honestly I’m tempted to just make them an automated sizing guide in their website. I do software development and I could do this in an hour and all off of these prospective buyers could get their answers instantly

Would love that. I’m willing to spend $$$ right now, in particular during the sale, but I’m losing hope. I understand they are small and I respect that — just wish they had the ability to grow their business by simply responding to inquiries. No point offering sales if no one is wanting to order at-risk. I’m hoping to get an answer by the 30th….

I like your enthusiasm, but its not that simple. Feet are 3-d and don't come in 0.5 sizes, not to mention the fact that even individual feet can drastically change size throughout a day.
But, to get to your underlying issue, I've never had good response from their customer service; sometimes it takes weeks, if not months, to get a reply.
