Thanks guys,

The antique cognac shell derbies and oxblood shell lwb are mine. I hope they fit better than my other two vass shoes but I'll probably still wear them regardless. Can't wait to receive them! Thanks again arahat!

Very nice ironist. Did you size differently this time around?

For the last 5 years at least, I have been wearing almost exclusively cotton trousers (dress chinos) with sport coats. Maybe 90% of the time. Nearly always with oxfords, but sometimes with derbies or boots.

Oxfords rock. Not sure why people here all of a sudden think they are exclusively for suits.

@Michael Ay329 Cheers, the 360 goyser shell cordovan oxblood longwings do look fantastic. The owner (not me) has a great eye for design.
@NAMOR Frank's right. I do source the kangaroo for group orders. I find that it's perfect for boots. It shrugs of inclement weather, mud, urban grime etc. without too much fuss yet wears to an interesting patina. I'll try to get some photos of a worn pair soon.

Thanks frankc. And looking forward to how these wear. I've only heard good things about the kangaroo

Maybe my next pair of Norwegers-- not that I have my own supplies of the stuff to send to Vass.

Congrats and very cool...landlocked counties can produce gunboats! I have one coming at some point, but without the goyser (although, the 360 welt compliments longwings perfectly).

In the original post, there are some derby brogues and some longwings, both derbies in shell on the ****-kicking 3636 I believe. Would be easy to miss one of them when skimming the thread. I had to go back and look for the wingtips I'd missed when reading the first time, perhaps Roger did the opposite.
