gentleman, any suggestions on the design and last for gold and navy museum calf?Was thinking of the old english in F last and wholecut in K last but would be interested in getting the forums feedback on this :)

are other companies loden and the vass' "oil green" basically the same color?

I'd say the oil green could also be called loden. It is a very particular type of calf leather though, which I think may be why it has the term "oil" applied to it.

So...Chukka in medium brown suede...F-last or U? I realized Vass can do a 1.5 leather sole to single and add metal toe taps - so I'll probably go with that.

I'm looking for a very versatile boot that can be worn primarily with denim. I already have a pair of theresianer high boots in cognac scotch-grain.

Do you recall which are the scotchgrain samples? It looks like, from left to right, they're:

1. Bordeaux
2. Cognac
3. Brown
4. ?
5. Black

Is that right? What's number 4? Did you ever take outdoor photos of them? Thanks!
