Thank you sstomcat, Vass did the topy & heels, I have 3 or 4 pairs like this, I like it depending on the intended use.

Thanks!, the model it's not in the website, I just sent a picture of a similar model and they did it.

I visited the new store in Budapest about month back.
Nice selection on display. Only took few photos.
What was great news (for me at least) that Vass will start producing shoes with Dainite soles! Starting from end of March early April 2013. Looking forward for that since in the northern countries weather is always anti leather sole.

A good friend lives quite near that store (I believe a Dinkelacker store recently opened down the street), and he has gotten my mouth to water with the tales he has told... thanks for the pics to confirm. So jealous that Vass has no supplier in the U.S.

Question: Does absence of a toe cap affect calf creasing in any way?

Will there be weird crease lines around the toe area?

Nice work Sire....i hope the fit will be as fine as they look. I like that you asked Razor to send you pix b4 shipping as that as the only way to avoid glaring surprises.

    Why ruin the surprise element?:)

Congrats Louis, they look great. If you didn't ordered italian polish give them a good shine when you receive them.

Will wear them with a lot of joy!
Now I only need to acquire a well fitting suit to pair them with :)

Yes. IME there is more creasing without a toe cap. Either that or it's an optical illusion.

Looks good. Love the seamless heel. How long did these take, seems pretty fast.

Really nice pair of black shoes, I may get something similar to replace my EG Chelsea.
