1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Very much so !! I got advised anything from 39 to 41.5 and just went with my gut UK6.5 EU40 and it worked out so I'm pleased and now know for future purchases.

These look great. Perhaps they're already in this thread, but what were the specifications, and if you don't mind, how much were they?

"rikod, since you've got Alden, AE, and Vass, how does your Barrie or AE 5 last compare to Vass lasts' shape and sizing?"

Very different, AE seems narrower with low instep, Alden wider also low instep, Vass lasts higher instep. I wear US 8D in AE and Alden (Barrie 7.5D) and about 40.5 in Vass, all fit well.

Thanks! Do you take the same size in all of the Vass lasts?

Having tried almost all lasts from Vass, I'd settle with F last if I had to choose one for comfort and looks.

Where to buy VASS shoes online and see the prices on them?

And comparing to EG, C&J, G&G will VASS go in that same level? Know nothing about this brand, but finding many shoes that I might wanna buy (but don't know where and how much they are)

    Thanks!

In other words, Vass is awesome and a relative bargain

Yes, and contrary to some stories on here I can say that Vass are great to work with and I have not had any trouble ordering. I sent an email got a reply within 24h and was called up to confirm the last details and within 48h of my initial email the shoe was in production.

With a price at 420€ they might also be the best value for money I have ever seen.
