Does any Vass wearers here have J. Fitzpatrick boots? Can you compare F and P2 sizing vs J. Fitzpatrick (any last, they are all effectively the same).

Edit, will also take info on Alden Barrie vs P2. Same length and forefoot room size for size? Meaning 8.5 Barrie, 41.5 P2?

I'd like to thank Jok at GTA Shoeshine for my latest MTO. Vass Adelaide F-last in dark brown museum calf. I am very, very happy with how they turned out.

@RogerP I always wanted to see how those tri-tones looked IRL and with some wear, thanks for sharing. I've always liked them conceptually but have held back wondering that they might be a too striking for me. Your pic seems to present them as a bit more palatable than I thought. I wouldn't mind seeing some more!

I thought I might be losing my mind when I first bought them, but they have proven to be very versatile once I figured out where they fit. Although they are Oxfords, they don't really work with formal business suits but rock hard when paired with sport coat and chinos or moleskins and the like. The triple colour turns out not be a challenge when it comes to pairing - I find that if one of the colours will work then all three will work in a given pairing because they blend so well together.

I had @jokb give them a good shine a while back, and since then maintenance has been a breeze. I stick to neutral cream and wax for the most part.
