1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

They also had a rack of dress shirts for $69.99. Saw RLBL in there.

Do you put anything on your boots to prepare them for all the salt and slush of winter?

I moved and all my collar stays are in the bottom of a box somewhere..which prompts the question: any of you guys ditched the stays and just specify starched collars at the dry cleaners?

Tried on a Zegna sport coat at the HR outlet. Nice but it was near $400 so I passed. Couldn't find anything in the mid $200 range in a color of interest. This was on Monday.

$400 for Zegna is pretty good. That said, I'd rather only spend $200 as well.

I'd rather get the Zegna for $200. ;-) That said I picked up a cashmere Zegna sport coat last year from them for around $450 or so and it feels like it is M-O-R-E than worth the money. It's quickly become a wardrobe fave.

On pickup I regret not getting was a few years back. They had marked down a Zegna Couture Cashmere SC down to $750 from $5K. The fit was spot on, but I skipped on it. Should have bought it.

That said, their Zegna SCs are slowly going down in price. Might be good to wait a few months and check back in for lower prices.

    Hey grenadine proxy group,

Just picked up the ties, and they're nice! Made in Italy too!

All ties made in Italy, except for the brown one on the right, which is a Drake's.

So sweet. First dibs if the navy isn't picked up. I'd also be interested in the Drakes brown if its not picked up

Everybody from proxy #1 (Gren edition) has been contacted!

I don't want to hold on to these all week, so if I don't get contacted by Friday I'll refund your money.

I've already heard back from a few of you, so consider your ties good to go!

Also, I have a theory as to who the maker of the tie is (it was made for a private department store - think Holt's or Harry's). I think it's a well known tie maker who produces for some of the biggest brands. I could be wrong, so don't want to advertise my theory.

Either way, this has been a lot of fun!

Unfortunately don't foresee extras unless one of the buyers doesn't contact me by Friday. In which case, will refund them and let people know there are extras.
