1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

A most worthwhile experience, indeed - I highly recommend it. I'm down with the flu and can't attend, but I encourage those who are able to do so.

Splurged on the St. Crispin MTO from Leatherfoot

Philip was amazingly knowledgeable and approachable.

    It's my birthday after all...

My mistake. Good news, was there in Jan and rep told me they stopped carrying RRL and Black Label but we're getting PL in.

Wasn't BL absorbed into PL and placed at a lower price point?

They discontinued the Black Label line. Things got moved into Purple Label, at a slightly higher price point they were at before. Now Purple Label will have 2 levels or quality/price.

Happy belated from everyone at LeatherFoot! Glad we had champagne on hand yesterday. A pair of St. Crispin's is fantastic any day of the year but even more so on one's birthday.

I saw the new Purple Label at Saks. Aside from some new tags and unfinished sleeves I don't see a difference from the old Black Label. Even the fabric used on some models are exactly the same you'll find at Harry Rosen.

Speaking of Saks it's quite underwhelming but that's expected with only half a floor of menswear. The Corthay shoes are nice but very steep at $3k a pair.

Hey guys, Samuelsohn MTM event in a few weeks. I stopped by to check out the fabrics, and they're pretty drool worthy. Here's a pic from the British collection:

They also had some nice Dormeiul fabrics.

Out of curiosity, what are the price levels for a suit? And how long does it usually take from getting measured to the finished product?

    About 5 weeks.

Prices starts at 1300 and then goes up based on fabric choice.

They also have a promo where you get a free mtm shirt when you get a suit done.

Gents, we have officially reached a new low. Fine, there has been a gradual decline of dressing "up" at work but now this is truly something. Men are wearing Under Armour to work. Really? Is this what our society has come to?
