Hello all...new to the forums, looking for advise...I've recently inherited 5 pairs of bespoke Henry Maxwell shoes and a few others from Frank Brothers...all custom and not my size and wandering what's the value and best way to sell? Size is approx 10 C - medium US. Thanks for your input...pictures below.
    Cheers,
    Todd

Fashionpolice, SF has enough connoisseurs to make your effort worthwhile and listings do not cost. If they won't sell, just try eBay. Remember to measure thoroughly on insoles with a soft tape measure. Outer sole measurements never give proper idea of fit.

New toe shape is more full. Much nicer.

The lasts are the same. Luk-cha mentioned that there can be variations even on the same last because the toe puft can be made by different people. Alternatively the oxford design could influence the toe shape, or at least the perception of the shape.

I think it is a conscious effort to make the toe box fuller.

Also, in English bespoke the cap toe has two layers of leather -- the underlying vamp is left whole, and then the cap goes on top. This double layer leads to a noticeable difference in the width of the toe vs. a single layer.

Is that pig suede? Looks like something else, but then I am hardly an expert.
