well, well, well...........mine should be black leather and black suede, and noe captoe but a discreetly punched toe.

Ahhh, and I almost forgot they will not have the major flaw yours have [IMG] , they will have five eyelets. Yous should know that eyelets should only come in uneven numbers....[IMG]

Where did you pick that theory up?

You might want to tell it to Dimitri Gomez, he is obviously ignorant and has a penchant for four pairs of eyelets.

You could also tell Mme Olga, she likes two eyelets. - Six pairs is an Americanism (from the 40s and 50s).

I do agree with you a 100 %, it is one of my little obsessions........and I thought that given my previous post about that pair, the tone of the one you quoted and with the smiles I added it would be obvious for A/all that it was more of a personal choice then anything else. But apparently I failed miserably at my humour attempt. Adrian

Well, once upon a time many years back I took several semesters of Art...at college. And one of the sacred tenets of Art (as it was taught to me) is that an odd number of things is more beautiful and more harmonious than an even number.

    Just sayin'...
