You could use this shoulder or point to point measure but the measure changes with different styles of shoulders. It would take a lot of work by a very good tailor to get this cut down properly. better to find something closer to the fit you want.

not enough to go on from this picture to help you out. Looks like you have a high right hip. The fit here isn't that great but it's a poor picture.

You might find a better fit in the same size from a different maker that uses a fuller cut. you will probably end up finding a sleeve full enough for your bicep and need the body reduced.

Jacket is too big and the length is a touch too long. Trouser is snug in the seat and thigh. Getting rid of the wrinkles in back is done by lowering the back waistband to lift the back of the trouser

The jacket looks like it was too big and you had the sides tapered but it looks too long.

    Thanks Despos as always.

Can you elaborate on where the Jacket is too big?
I know I need to taper/shorten the sleeves and shorten it in length by a bit. What else needs to be adjusted in terms of the jacket?

So this Jacket arrived from Suitsupply today, and I wonder if I should go up a size or tailor it? I'm especially wondering about the shoulders, as I thought they would be the biggest problem, but ended up feeling quite ok. Over all, everything feels skin tight.

Suitsupply is made with a slimmer cut. Is that a Sienna model? If so, the shoulders had the same little ripples for me in two different sizes.

It's the Italia cut, this one

    What does the ripples indicate?

Possibly that the construction of your shoulder doesn't match the construction of the jacket. But I'm not expert at all, and this is just one picture.

if skin tight is what you want you got it.. but i think that most here would prefer a little looser and a little longer.

That actually looks pretty good to me. The shoulders are a bit too wide, and the jacket is a bit too short. The issue is how it feels. I own jackets that fit like that, but I can hardly feel them. If yours feels tight, then you may need to change it.
