Just noticed the new ultra lights in the email sent out. How do these fit relative to the SF-01 V1?

Compared to the V1, they feel more like a deerskin sock or unlined moccasin hugging your feet. Its hard to compare - I would say loose but I believe they're actually slightly more narrow. They look a bit more narrow but feel like I have to tie my laces tighter. In fact, I switched its longer laces with the shorter ones from my V1 and now they're both perfect. Got them both in 41 btw. If you've ever tried on allbirds...the fit is like comparing allbirds to Jordans, but leather.

Yeah, I figured.
But I'm way too lazy to mix my own and then find a spray bottle.
I just tell people I have imported shoe stretch spray...

I wear V2 in size 41, and Ultraboost US 9.5. I would email the Archibald support and check.

I measured from the sole bottom in only 1 spot (near the ball where the smooth sections ends on the sides)...they were both the same at 4 inches.

Just realized they have a Full Vegetable Tan version of the SF-01

If i want the white one, would it be better to go for the full veg tan? it's only slightly more expensive

It’s also more of a pastel white. Off white if you will

I emailed the Archibald support, he said full veg tan is better quality, but i googled the difference between chrome tan and veg tan, it seems like it's more common to use chrome tan for sneakers

I think veg tan, especially veg tan white, is fairly uncommon for sneakers.

As mentioned, veg tan is off white whereas chrome tan is brilliant white. They're both nice - comes down to personal preference. Brilliant white is nice in the way dental veneers are nice. Veg tan white is nice in the way a high quality veg tan leather briefcase or weekender is nice.

Yes, they have a very comfy insole made of coconut fibers.
