Hi Community,

I spent some time today updating the size guide with our craftsmen. As many of you know we conduct size check emails after every order regardless as we want to ensure these are as perfect as possible the first time round.

I hope this is an improvement, comments welcome.

I placed an order for a pair in White Calf/White Sole/Clean tongue in a Size 38.

Looking at all the queries about sizing here, I thought I'd write to verify whether I made the right sizing decision.

The following are my details:
Foot length (cm) = 24.2
Dress shoes sizing (These fit best) = C&J325 (UK5.5); C&J314 (UK5.5)
Nike sneaker sizing = EU40/UK6

Hi Nicky, customer service will be following up with you regardless, however did you measure your foot whilst standing or seated? It sounds to me from the comparable that you are most likely a 38 (Nike comparable), however the measurement is usually what will be the closest to gospel so best to ask someone to assist you and measure both feet. The C/J does throw me off a little as it points to a 39 but that wouldnt make sense at all from the Nike size and the measurement you have. The team will be in touch with you regardless and many have already completed the size check. Think of it as two step verification just so everyone is happy.

Yes it would, the SF-01 is unisex.

Thanks for the thorough response! I shall look forward to being contacted by customer service. Always good to have double verification. I’ve just taken my measurements again per your new measuring guidelines (both standing and sitting) - this time they measured closer to 24.4cm.

I thought the same though there is an easy solution. If you can live with not being able to return your shoes, you can ask for a gum sole (shoot an email to Orlando) and it will be done.

I am honestly missing more shades of kangaroo such as tan or chestnut, that do get that nice 'roo patina quickly.... but well, that's life
