There have been a few developments.
We are in talks with some makers, some regularly mentioned on the forum, others less so.

We will do them but they might take time and will likely only be accessible to those who join us as members, but nothing set in stone.

I will be posting a full statement on the matter soon, but long story short its gone fully legal with the pair in Modena. Criminal complaints have been officially filed and the civil suit will follow.

Again full statement soon just getting the house in order.

Not at all, and thank you for asking.

It has ultimately been something that has affected all of us so an update was/is necessary. Even for those not directly involved, we all have a duty of care to the forum.

I want to be able to share the full complaint within my statement (or attached to it) and think I should be able to do so as it is theoretically in the public domain and filed at the courts in Modena. It would be nice to clear up a lot of missing/false pieces of information for forum members now that we have achieved a point where it has been almost fully resolved with those affected..
