It appears the toe spring is a little higher which may be what's throwing off the length/elongation

Not sure how doable it would be, but how do you all feel about a spade sole? I feel a subtle rendition of it, such as in this video: would add additional character to the shoe as well as emphasizing the chisel of the last. I understand it's not for everyone, and is rarely seen outside of bespoke or vintage offerings, but just figured I'd put that out there!

I don't like it that much and think it makes it look a bit clunky (but that's just my opinion).
I'd rather have the toe cap elegantly curved above the welt.

Edit: Like on these beautiful Meccariello

It was very difficult trying to find an example photo of a spade that wasn't huge, which is why I had to find the most "subtle" one I could, so you're definitely right about that clunkiness. I'll have to agree with you, a curved sole would be more fitting. Cheers!

Yes, the office has moved to my living room to save costs... particularly with the Naked initiative and the fact the last time got in the way of even safe order processing. We say we are all about transparency so might as well :)

I didn’t think I would like the pebbled calf one, but damn!
How is the pattern made? Is it stamped or tumbled? I imagine is full grain too

All 3 are stunning. I am partial for the Horween one but I must say the one in suede... woooow. But don't get me wrong, the pebbled one is also damn nice. Wouldn't have thought it would be that nice considering that the shoe type is more formal.

Lots of words for not that much content. I only wanted to say: great work there guys!

I'd be happy to take a couple off your hands ? Stunning work! Any idea as to when pre-orders will open up on the site? Again, they look amazing!

Will all models be plain toe or will there be a model with some subtle brouging (like a silhouetted wingtip)?
Will the sf01 be an useful comparison size wise?

It will but we will insist on using the hand-welted shoes 001 last measuring guide in any case as the HW collection has half sizes.
