1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I think I'm onboard with Sipang that Raf fw '13 is one of the best collections of the season. Those stupid fabric strips come off and the shirting / knits look amazing.

somewhat useless video but still cool to see (in whatever skewed sense this is presented) clips of some of the processes used here. it becomes even more obvious why he's acquired the tag of 'alchemist' ....

I´ve seen that video in Vitamori´s website. Amazing how he manufactures the clothes in what seems like an abandoned factory.

I was raving about it elsewhere, super psyched to see what he puts out for women as well, loving the return to some earlier shapes and more crazy shit.

I don't know too much about Rick, but I liked that interview. He seems like an open, nice guy. His concern that when he got offered his first runway opportunity his stuff would be "too slow" or "too narrowly focused" for the fast-paced fashion scene was pretty good. Also his comment about Lacroix. Although referring to himself in the third person and all the self-portraits were hahaha awesome ("I wear me!")... and I love that he's living the high life in Paris, knowing he's a kid from the Central Valley (that's hicksville, California). Most of his men's stuff is too sci-fi movie costume for me, but some of it is pretty rad. I've got two leather jackets that I really like.

I love those CCP videos. Just another reminder bout how boring the SZ CCP dogma/uniform usually is.

Would like to live/be buried in leather vest/parachute fabric parka ensemble.

I'm not sure they exist, too far back. The ad campaign is a start though.

Yeah high res is not appropriate term, but in the SZ someone recently created threads with old DH collection (fw 2002 and 2001 i thnk) and photo quality was quite good.
