Wrong thread. Post reported !
haha. snow, I did the same thing. I looked at the Siki Im collection and was like, this is great but there's a lot of stuff reused. then after a quick search I found out it was a retrospective, so it's ALL work he's shown before (in the ss13 thread you can actually see the realization coming to me via my edits. all that's missing is the dumb look on my face )
whoops lol! im subscribed to the runway thread too.
Anyone into Woo Young Mi?

Ugh. Close enough to Danish I might be able to do it without Google translate. Thanks for making me feel obligated sipang
lol i can understand written flemish/dutch halfway decent because they use some words which are also used in german
like "fantastisch" , "echt", "denk", "typisch"
some are written slightly different
NL GER EN
gezicht = gesicht = Face
eigentlijk = eigentlich = actually
wonen = wohnen = live/reside
stad = stadt = city
waarschijnlijk = wahrscheinlich = probably
lots of examples here
most germans hate they way this language sounds, but i sorta like it, it sounds kind of raw to me
I did 3 years of Danish and German so I can usually work out things with Nordic/Germanic roots. Doesn't make the languages any prettier Swedish definitely sounds the nicest when spoken, Danish, Dutch, and Flemish are all way too guttural sounding to me.
I used to hate how Dutch/Flemish sounded when I had to learn it but it grew on me, can't speak it for shit anymore sadly.
Polish is the best sounding language.
I like polish sausages
Didn't know where else to put this so...
(woohoo! We can now upload multiple images? Sweet!)
Siki Im f/w12 lookbook. LOTS of images (click for slightly larger versions). I love just about everything here.
