wat about it
I don't get how you guys can deem WvB stuff categorically unwearable based on those three shows, most of the pieces taken separately are pretty subdued (relatively speaking) and the most garish stuff isn't more out there than what Junya puts out every year. You just have to distinguish between runway theatrics and the garments themselves.

You changed the pictures in your post and now my thumbs makes no sense
i think you need some tapered pants of any kind. lets address why you dont like a clean pair of wool trousers, shall we?
is it the hem and the way it falls on your shoes?
is it the material itself?
my fee is 160 per session btw
what is this supposed to mean anyway ? what was in your morning coffee
i didnt have one yet ...thats why
im trying to help KJ complete his look. i dont want to see ann d paired with raw denimz, do you?
my own problem with trousers is how the hem hits the shoe (hence boot tucks and elastics) but im working on it. im having the shcneiders hemmed to go with my sandals
i figured that id pass on some advice or "tricks" to wearing trousers in a different cut than a reg 7.5 straight leg
hehe i know i know ... is 7.5 straight leg ? i have a few i got tapered down to 7.5 now i feel weirdly self-conscious, snow !
by the way, i saw pic of trousers tucked into sandals but it looked good still.
ill have to experiment with that sandal tuck
the lanvin nylons look great with the diors.
i love those dd shorts you posted (from current season) btw
the linen ones (cropped trouser style?) yeah they look quite comfy. i want some luxe l&f loungewear ...
i knew you'd like this idea hehe
Spoiler: sandal tuck for snow :- nobody else can see or message will self-destruct
yup, cropped trouser style. im really thinking of having Ivwri's tailor make me this:
snow, i'm behind your attempt to get KingJ into trousers. i don't like when trousers fall to my foot either, so I wear them slightly cropped with boots typically. Like so:
Are there any online stockists of Walter van Beirendonck with ss12 stuff?
The pattern 'splicing' on these jackets is insane:
I'm not against them categorically, but they're generally more formal which is a little harder for me to pull off. Actually, maybe not harder to pull off, but just outside my comfort zone. I pretty much exclusively hang out at hipster raves. Also, they're expensive! I have a few nice items from good brands but for the most part I got that stuff pretty cheaply which is why a lot of my looks tend to be sort of half complete - though I occasionally spoil myself I have price barriers for things which makes the process of building a wardrobe pretty slow. However, you're right, so I'm doing a yooxperiment (in cotton, sorry shah!):
