1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

These would make a decent pair of winter boots.

only wish they are in leather, suede is to be fuked up by snow too easily

Posted these in the pickup thread & haven't gotten a chance to wear them just yet. Thorocraft is looking good for the next couple seasons (though this boot--The Xander--wasn't given the proper treatment this fall IMO). [IMG]

Got these off Ebay for a steal. N.D.C. Made by Hand suede penny loafers. They fit too narrow for me to use my orthopedic insoles, but otherwise I'm happy with the fit. I'm normally a 13, got these at a 12.5 US. Suede is soft, but nice and thick.

Trying to decide if I can pull off penny loafers as stylized as these with shorts and am open to opinions.

Yes, I know my legs need a better tan. [IMG]

Long time lurker, first time poster.

Kind of off-topic, I guess, but wasn't sure where exactly to post this. I recently picked up a pair of brown jeans. Problem is, the only pair of boots I have is brown as well, so I'm looking for a winter pair (live in the Northeast) that will work well with them. Possibly DBs in one of the lighter colors? Other suggestions? Thanks.

These don't go with shorts at all IMO, the elongated toe makes them look weird like that.

Yeah, I actually agree. I tried to make them work with shorts and couldn't. I think I need to get a more classic shaped pair of loafers for that. Having said that, they go great sock-less with slim chinos and denim slightly rolled up. I'm really happy with the purchase so far. [IMG]

This should honestly be the only hint you need.

For twenty dollars you could buy a knife and stab yourself in the foot, it would be quicker and hurt less.

However, if the first hint wasn't enough, then this is the second.

WTFKOP.... THANK YOU. Damn dude I sold my pair about 9 months ago. I really miss it, and regret selling it. Your post was like 5 weeks ago too.
I'd actually say the Corsos run .5 larger than Ricards.
No kidding...I'm a 8.5 US[IMG] EDIT : I guess it was the last pair too.
