Any good sales on PS, NDC, Allen Edmonds (5th avenue in particular), or other decent shoes? I'm looking to spend around $200 on black shoes to wear with slacks. Figured there would be tons of shoes on sale right now, but the only places I've noticed with good sales don't have much selection or sizes.

Allen Edmonds, Strand. I probably shouldn't have paid retail for these, but I really like them.

You're right those aren't the Orvis ones, they're suede and I was told extras from a custom order.

This might not be the right place for this but Im trying to build a versitile shoe wardrobe. Im asking for some help. I already have:
Grenson Stanley:

Clarks Roar:

Clarks DB:

OFC not mentioning the sneakers.
My buget is ~600$. I want to get some nice shoes that would round up the wole wardobe.
What would you add? I was thinking of 3 pairs, each about 200$, and that would be:
Grenson Kirk - black, a nice dress shoe that can be versitile. Right?

Loake Banks - they seem nice more casual boot that I think I could wear with almos everyting.
tb-BANKS-1290.jpg

Baker McQueen - dunno why, just like them. Nice plain shoe.

I have to mention that i mostly wear jeans/khakis with cardigans/hoodie's + some shirt, almost none formal wear.
Feel free to give me your thoughts on this! I really want to change the style of my footwear because most recently chuck's/nike's where my only option.
Btw. I wanned to add some merlot/burgundy shoe and some boots simillar to W+H service boot or Red Wing GT but I think that would be to much and not as versitile.

I also like some other shoes like NCD's and CP but they would only limit me to 2 choices. I really want to know whats your take on this: poorer quality with more options or superb quality that limits me to 2 pairs.
