1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You should've gotten the Jil Sander Cut out dress shoes, justin. Or actually, bought them in a size too small and then hand them over to me [IMG] Seriously though, the cutout jils are infinitely better than the Marni ones. Do you actually wear the sperrys much?

I did get the cut outs you tard.

I wear them now and then if I run out late to the deli or Pinkberry and stuff like that.

I'm looking at another pair of Jil Sander handmade shoes; but, we'll see. The prices are now up to $3,000 from that line so that's either a painting I want or some kicks.

has anyone had experience with a "preorder" item on revolve? seems like they give an estimated date, and its often way off, from my observation. really interested in copping that rachel comey derringer oxford in that "whiskey" color

Yeah, this isn't a thread that is friendly to the wallet. I want GetSmart's turquoise Chens! What season are those?

I've posted these before, but here are some shots of my rough and tumble LL Bean Engineers Boots. Quite a change from brand new...

I've worn these through most conditions on 4 continents and they've yet to let me down. I love them. (and sno-seal!)

I've worn the following with "streetwear fits" or rather non-suiting fits.

    ndc black rico(maybe nico) laceups
    ndc brown suede laceups
    israeli paratrooper canvas boots
    opening ceremony grey suede laceups
costume national homme reverse leather bulbous toe laceups

what do those paratrooper boots look like?

^ you can get RW Iron Rangers from www.cultizm.com cheaper than from J. Crew, and they come in more colors. I suspect they'd be of better quality than the LL Bean boots, but the LL Beans should still be a good pair of shitkickers.

Anyone know what the sizing is like on the LL Beans?
