is that a new model of W+H x Dayton service boot because that doesnt look like the prev collab at all

They are the Dayton Service boots. This is the boot before it goes through the distressing process by W+H which involves soaking or something like that. These are similar to the ones at the bottom left corner of the images you posted.

i didnt know u could order them direct from Dayton before they distress them like that, does this alter the price at all since they need less steps to create the boot?

Ya they are quite a bit cheaper at $446 tax included. The remaining black models might be cheaper since they are already made but not too sure. You would have to call and ask. They were out of my size in oil tanned brown.

Are you serious? lol I just bought 2 pair at NM. I didn't think too much of them and thought I'd wear them around the house and property because they fit so weel and were comfortable.
