Buttero made a similar looking model a few seasons back.

Does anyone know some good sources for Buttero boots other than Arknets, Yoox, or barneys? ArkNets has the best selection out of the three but the prices are more than 2 times that of Barneys retail...

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks, in advance

Best selection has always been through Rakuten, but you are going have to pay up [IMG]

How do you think Trickers compares to Buttero? Is Buttero MUCH better than Trickers in construction, style, and materials? Is it twice as good as Trickers?

Buttero has more styles that I like than Trickers, but at half the price, Trickers is much more appealable...

They're completely different styles so i don't know why you're comparing them.

They're probably of about equal construction. I don't know where Buttero is twice as expensive, the standard ones are $425 or something at barneys.

^Carol Christian Poel is my favorite for streetwear boots.

^^Some of their styles are similar. Barney's has them for about $400, yes, but they have a very limited selection and there selection is no where near as good as ArkNets, which has them for around $800, hence the twice as much remark.

Any Made in Italy goods in Japan will cost more, they are probably subject to some kind of huge import tax. Both pair of Buttero's I proxied from Japan ended up right around 900usd a pair.[IMG] You can buy a pair of Guidi's for that. Hendrix, I think you are the proud owner of a pair that I originally proxied in to the US, and wore once or twice and sold here on SF.
