Crazy distressing, love it although I can't imagine what to wear it with.

    the question's been asked before.

They sit somewhere around the Paul Smith/F+B region in terms of quality.

apparently they retail around the same range to $400-600. They look like a pretty good deal.

Both To Boot New York and Doucal's use the same factory. Dont know if its good or bad. [IMG]

Moma's are well made. I returned mine because color wasnt good.

    Thanks very much. Heaps appreciated.

^i saw the distressed version in store and was really unimpressed with the quality. Styling is really nice but i think there are some similar butteros which kill the CPs in terms of leather and sole.

I'm deciding between boots to deal with the winter up here. I'm just looking for some okay looking boots that'll get me through the shitty weather. Better boots will be for the future.

    http://canvas.landsend.com/pp/Workbo...11885_-1.html?

Out of the bunch, probably the highest quality. With a discount coupon, can probably get them for like 110 or 120 bucks. The other lace up boots by Canvas (http://canvas.landsend.com/pp/Laceup...2&origin=index) look real nice but I don't think they are really meant for shitty weather. But maybe they'll work?

    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...A23P6MBEML8L0W

They look decent, cheap, and look like they'll hold up okay.

yeah blasphemy but there is a cheap ass pair of them on ebay. they don't look as good, they probably aren't as good quality (but compared to Aldo?...) but these could be really damn cheap. They can't be totally horrid, I have some of their boat shoes and they aren't too bad at all.

Any advice on which one you think is the "best" choice?
