In my experience, they are TTS. But others should weigh in as well. Some people with low volume feet may need to down size as I have a high volume foot.

I have a 93602, so different style Florsheim, and a low volume foot. I brannock 12C and find that size shoe fits me great. Go TTS.

i would say you should be okay TTS as well, although my 11D 93605 shell seem to be slightly roomier than my 93602's in the same size. Not enough to probably warrant an adjustment, but it seems the shell is a tad looser for me in my small sample size of two pair.

Sorry newbie here, would it be impossible to recommend the most refined (without compromising durability) penny loafer for a woman? Probably will have to size down to men's? It seems like good year welted, cordovan shell, metal shank, etc are the way to go...
