The only thing similar I know of (I am certainly do not know everything) is a blue CXL offered by Alden. That particular make up can be found at http://brickmortarseattle.com/shoes.html. They are the Navy CXL. I do not know where one would find blue shell.

Those look great. I love my BRown shell dundees. I don't have any recent pics, but they've come to show great character and I reach for them as often as any shoe in my closet.
