Gents, selling my beloved pairs of Park Avenue, both in brown and burgundy shell. Absolutely gorgeous shades on both of them, especially the brown shell pair (rare) with the Hershey's chocolate shade, much like Alden's famed cigar shell.

Side 11D, neither has really been worn very much and mostly on office carpet and to and from my car. A great time to pick up some awesome shoes! Original boxes are included.

Seriously, PA's are the "go to" dress shoe for LOTS of executives, Presidents, etc. Just a classic, perhaps the best shoe AE has ever done.

Agreed! Whenever I wear my black pair I always smile. So simple and classic lines. They're the C Suite special for sure.

• Notes: Soles do show wear, but still have a good amount of life. The heels may need a replacement, but nothing major. The uppers are immaculate and the leather has always been taken care of. These were purchased prior Calares purchased AE. When I first received these, the only indication of these boots being seconds was a sloppy welt cut and stitching which is now no longer apparent due to wear. No box nor shoe bags.

Haha I have no idea. It was during a sale. I bought some great blue shell MacNeils at the same time and these were a little roll of the dice.
