If you have any Cs or 10E, that would be my best. Curiously I've tried some Strands and McAllisters in 10.5D that were too loose, one only I have that fits like a loose C which is perfect for me.

Anyone have a Dalton 10.5C they'd part with for a great price?

Higgins Mill natural CXL. Owned for about a year. Worn only about 10 times. Brushed monthly and used Bick 4 twice during that time. Never in the rain. Taking on a handsome patina that natural CXL seems to be known for

size 12E, no longer have box or shoe bags unfortunately

Randolph full strap penny loafer. These were an MTO from a couple years back, first quality in brown shell cordovan (think Horween calls it dark cognac). Worn 10 or 15 times, never in the rain. The Horween stamp is still seen as is the JR sole stamp, little use and in superb condition. No box, but will include shoe bags

FWIW, I found the Daltons to run tight over the instep and consequently feel smaller than the 65 last. If you haven’t tried them on in person a 10.5D would be safer, and you can always wear thicker socks with boots if need be. Your mileage may vary.

I appreciate your input. I did get a 10.5D to try. I also got an 11C. Both were manageable but not perfect. The 10E is as good as it's been so far, but I'm hopeful a 10.5C would be the best.

Hello SF! Making some room in my closet and figure I would let fellow SFers an opportunity to get some solid Shell Cordovan AEs!

9E Bourbon Shell Strands - $500
Bought these on eBay (used) in December of 2019. and only wore twice. Did not like the lack of V-gap in these, so putting them up for someone to enjoy. The seller mentioned these were from a Trunk Show, but did not specify the date. Shoes will include Nordstrom Expanding Toe Trees, but did not come with shoe bags.

9.5D Burgundy Shell Daltons (F2)- $275
Bought these from AE (Factory Seconds) back in July of 2018 for $579. Some of the threading on the heel pull tab is coming undone, which appears to be common with the Daltons. Boots will include Woodlore Boot Trees and AE Boot Bags. Will also throw in a can of AE Burgundy Cordovan Cream which I have used to polish these shoes.
