1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

You and Heismatt are going on Etienne and Fuuma's Franco-Canadian socialist revolution Against-the-Wall list.
My foyer doubles as my elevator lobby, so I think I don't belong on the list.

Pedantry and argumentativeness? A "Let them eat cake" view of the outside world?

I am guilty of all of this, too, so don't think I am looking down on you. Rather, we are both looking up, from the bottom of the quaries of Syracuse, into Gylippus's eyes, in despair ...

    Wait, these are bad things?

I don't know about the two of you, but I am looking down from my large foyer.

My foyer is so big, all of Rubinacci's cutters could set up in there.

What the hell did I miss that has to do with foyers?

See below. Manton and I eat the crusts you, Matt and Mr. Mafoo leave for us.

If those 'crusts' are bespoke Charvet shirts and a coupe dozen pairs of bespoke shoes made by the best shoemakers in Paris, I think you're doing just fine.

    Never you mind.

Your tie-knot and unbuttoned buttons now irritate me, but your jacket is nice.

My wife and I were both in our foyer today, and we called out , and we could hear the voices, but we could not find each other.

I did find Rubinacci's buttonhole maker, though.

    True.

What, should I redeem myself by insulting his melon-sized bobble head?

Started in the 30s. Volkswagen means "people's car" and the idea originated from Hitler (I think).

    Hitler drew the ladybug.

    Ties: 125

FYI GBP/USD is now below 1.7, down from around 2.0 earlier this year!

You're making me blush like a schoolgirl.

Nope, exactly the same. It's probably the angle.

What, should I redeem myself by insulting his melon-sized bobble head?

If you want to be effective with your insult, be sure to specify the precise kind of melon. I think cantaloupe is pretty close to the mark. Watermelon, not so much.

Can you do one holding up a sign that says "Dwarves Do It In the Mine Shaft"? That would be so cool!!
