The recession is definitely hitting retail - the sales are incredible

Varvatos jackets for $40 , Burberry/Boss suits for $250, Boss shirts for $19 - all at barneys outlet. Crappy kenneth cole shoes for $30.

I spending more $$$ now on clothes than I did the past 2 years. These sales need to stop - I tired of shopping and I can't keep up.

Ugh, Chicago irritates me sometimes. No Barney's outlet. Our Off Fifth is way out in a suburb. And no Neiman Marcus Last Call. Its basically a Nord Rack and that's it (Filene's sucks for quality clothing).

Probably for awhile - I'd buy a bunch of stuff and then a 2 weeks later it's even cheaper. Hell, I need to be more selective now and only go after high quality stuff. I'm running out of cash everytime I jump on sales.
