A 20-man SWAT team attempts to clear out a 30 floor tenement building overrun with criminals. But the team gets ambushed and has to fight their way out by any means necessary. It's an Indonesian-based film by Welsh director Gareth Evans. He previously did a martial arts film Merantau with martial arts (Silat) expert Iko Uwais, who also stars in The Raid.
The Raid lived up to every drop of hype and it's completely worth seeing in the theaters. No wires or trickery, minimal CG, the entire film is just men beating, stabbing and shooting each other to death to survive.

Here's one entire fight. There's tons of clips floating around youtube, but I can safely say that if you watch all of them it won't spoil the movie.
