The provenance of these Gucci shoes?

I acquired these Gucci shoes recently and they look quite different from the usual crap that Gucci produces for dress shoes given that these appear to be blake-stitched with full-grain leather. I was surprised by the low price point (~$500 at retail.)

The classic last, the antiquing on the leather, and the quality of the leather makes this look different than the majority of Gucci shoes out there. I asked the salesperson and he told me that they were made by Ferragamo. They look to be built to Ferragamo Lavorazione Originale specs. Can anyone verify this?

Im pretty sure that Gucci is not made by Ferragamo as they own all their production factories. I saw these shoes in black at NMLC, and they were nice, and yes - seemingly better constructed than most Gucci shoes I see.

However, Gucci does not offer a different range of shoes (i.e. Ferragamo's Studio, Tramezza, etc.) as they only create under one line except for MTM.

Okay so I recently got this exact last in an off-white (different soles, however). I don't how to assess quality but they seemed to feel sort of cheap/refined grain. Spoo are you saying that Fidel's and my shoes probably the same in terms of quality?

Shoes are nice, what I don't particularly like is the fact that they have a Gucci logo on the side
