I've collected the responses from the previous thread on this topic and created a poll.

What do you think is the Best Car Chase Scene/Movie (and why)?

i'm not voting because i have only seen like 6 of those movies.

however, matrix reloaded came out when i was only 12 years old and that chase scene made me **** my pants. specifically the motorcycle stuff trinity did with the keymaker. it was all choreographed so well, and the CGI stuff was amazing -- especially when the 18 wheelers crashed.

I had a feeling that one should be included but no one suggested it in the other poll.

You don't have to have seen every movie on the list to vote. Just go ahead and pick the one you like.

Tough choices between:

1. Bullit
2. To Live and Die in LA
3. Ronin
4. The French Connection

Two way tie for me: Ronin and the French Connection.

The French Connection was so overrated imo. The car chase in the last Bond was pretty sick. Ronin was great though.

That reminds me: the tank chase scene in Goldeneye was pretty awesome.

Bullit still has it. It's raw. Has there ever been a better start to a car chase?

Blues Brothers is up there for other reasons.

French Connection is great.

Absolutely! Supposedly the mounting of the camera close to the ground made it look faster than it really was. Also the sound was added later.
