The Overcoat Thread

The front has a standard shoulder:

And the back has a raglan shoulder:

The side pockets go through the coat and it's cut full and straight on the sides. Pretty sure it's a balmacaan but what do I know?

It's missing a button and the button holes are all worn out, but here's my balmacaan. It's interesting that the front has a regular shoulder seam but the back has a raglan shoulder (I call it a mullet shoulder). Fabric is Harris Tweed.
If recall correctly. it is called a "split sleeve". Not a balmacaan.
