apologies for dredging up a months old post but I'm very curious if anyone is aware of other designers that use silhouettes like this. contrary to popular opinion apparently, I think the waist and shoulders here are extremely flattering

I believe MB started at Chittleborough and Morgan, they have a rather dramatic style as well. I could be wrong, but I believe Chittleborough and Morgan's lineage goes back to Edward Sexton, so it might be worth checking them out as well.

If you're in the US and ok to spend that level of money just go with MB. CM doesn't travel to US anymore, ES is dramatic in a different way than MB

Ok so this is PPK sized down in Melton wool.

And this model from 18east IG post is wearing his regular size in the Alpaca version?

NGL, it looks insane, i'm only worried about the sleeve length. I need to use my fingers now and then.

I believe the models in 18 East shoots always size up from their true size for added effect, so in the case of the Lamar they probably take their regular size as opposed to sizing one down which would be regular fit.

To the above I would also add Phineas Cole as a brand that has made some pieces with a similar silhouette. That said, if it has to be exactly like that, you're better off just going with the original.

Edit: It's like the various SFers (myself included) that wanted a Tom Ford-like suit without the requisite pricing. You may find brands that are close in execution, but nothing compares to the original.

Also, remember years ago when Tom Ford had a private sale where everything was 90% off? Those were the days...

I don’t think recent Phineas Cole would do something like that maybe 2010 stuff.

In similar aesthetic (but not in execution), probably can find old Gucci and old RLBL

Looks like something from Arny's. Or an updated "maquis" look
